Coolum Mini Storage
Coolum Mini Storage is a locally owned and operated self-storage facility that has been serving Coolum, the North Shore and surrounding Sunshine Coast communities for 28 years.
Over that time, we’ve watched the Coolum region grow considerably and have continued to provide local residents, businesses and visitors with convenient, secure and easily accessible storage.
Our facility has been designed with convenience in mind. All of our storage units are located at ground level, with wide access aisles providing plenty of room to drive in, park and access your unit without the hassle of stairs or lifts.
Customers can access the facility between 5.30am and 7.30pm, seven days a week.
Security is also an important part of the facility. Entry to the complex is controlled through a security gate, with each customer provided their own individual PIN code. Access activity is electronically recorded, and security cameras operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week for additional peace of mind.
With our convenient Coolum location, on-site management and almost three decades of experience, our aim is to provide straightforward, secure storage backed by friendly local service.

- Variety of Storage Options:
- We offer 10 shed sizes (3.5m² to 33.8m²), secure hard-stand space for caravans/trailers/boats, and individual lock-up storage spaces. You can store everything from surfboards, canoes, sailboards, jetskis, to camping gear.
- Access and Security:
- Our facility is accessible from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily through a security gate. We have 24-hour security camera monitoring, live on-site management for security, and electronically controlled security systems.
- Packing Materials:
- We stock all necessary packing materials for your convenience.
- Flexible Lease and Payment:
- We offer an easy payment scheme with no deposit required. You can choose from short or long-term lease arrangements.
